We have been working hard over the past several months to incorporate several new features into our system. Recently we added the new online help desk. In an on going effort to communicate quicker and easier with customers, we have migrated to a new billing system.
NEW! ONLINE BILLING
Starting November 26th, 2003, Zorka.com will be offering online billing for its customers. Over the past several months we have been migrating all of our accounts to a new automated billing system. Because we are shifting to a new system, we were unable to import old records so you will only see recent activity in the new system.
ACCESSING ONLINE BILLING
To access your account online, you will need to login to our web site at:
https://www.zorka.com/home/login
At the bottom of this page is a form which you can request the system to email you your temporary password (if it was reset). Once you login into the site, on the right hand side of the site you will notice an icon that says "Account Info", click this link. Once there, be sure to click the 'Change Password" link and change your password for security sakes. Accross the top of the page is a link to online billing. Here are some of the features of the new online billing:
- Review up and coming invoices
- Review past invoices
- View packages
- View domains currently hosted
- Update address and credit card information
The new system is a real-time billing system, so as soon as something changes in our system it is reflected in your account. We know you are going to enjoy the convienence of being able to check your records with ours when you need to.
