We have been working hard over the past several months to incorporate several new features into our system. Recently you may have noticed a new upgrade on our domain control panel for example. In an ongoing effort to communicate with you easier and to provide more automated services, we are announcing our new help desk system.
The new help desk system will provide an easy way for you to communicate your needs with our staff.
If you would like to contact technical support about a question we request that you submit your inquires using the new online help desk system. The link to the help desk is located on the right hand side of the site in the "Client Center". You must be logged into the site to access the help desk.
The help desk system has several automated ways of alerting staff, and will make sure your support requests do not get over looked in our email inboxes. The information in the help desk will eventually provide a searchable knowledge base of information that you will easily be able to search for typical questions. We've even included a built in FAQ section that allows you to post some of your knowledge in the form of a FAQ to share with other customers.
